Can I file a claim if my order is lost, damaged, stolen or not received?

If you choose USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FexEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight Ringside Collectibles can file a claim on your behalf. USPS Priority is insured up to $50. FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FexEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight is insured up to $100.00. If you choose USPS First Class or SmartPost Ringside Collectibles cannot file a claim for you. You would need to contact the carrier for further assistance.

International Customers -


The EU is collecting VAT as of July 1, 2021. This is the responsibility of the customer and not Ringside Collectibles.

We welcome international orders from many countries outside the United States.
The shipping and handling cost to your country will be calculated when you place your order.

Can I file a claim if my order is lost, damaged, stolen or not received?

If you choose Priority International, Express International, FedEx International Ground, FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority Ringside Collectibles can file a claim on your behalf. International credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) customers may be asked to send or email additional credit card and address verification information to process the order securely.
We reserve the right not to accept or ship merchandise to 'Unverified' customers.
Customers with an 'unconfirmed' PayPal address will need to send us copy of an Official Document which include the name and the shipping address, for example. a drivers license, a student card or a passport.

Return Policy -

Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped as long as the items are UNOPENED.
Returns cannot be accepted if items are opened, worn or played with.

Replica Belt Returns: If there is any issue with your belt please notify us within 2-3 business days of receiving the package.
Please note after this time period returns for Replica Belts will NOT be accepted if we have not been given prior notification.
