How do I place an order?

Ordering from Ringside Collectibles is simple and fast. When you see an item you want to purchase, click on the "Add To Cart" graphic and your item will be added to your online shopping cart.

  • After you have added all items that you wish to purchase to your cart, click the green "Continue to Checkout" bar located on the right side of the shopping cart screen.
  • To calculate exact shipping rates, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. You will be shown the exact shipping rate for your order once you enter your shipping and billing address.
  • At the end of the order process you will be given an invoice with your Order Number.
    SAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN CASE YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR ORDER IN THE FUTURE!

  • Please note that credit card orders will NOT be processed unless the billing address you use is the same as the mailing address of your credit card statement. We will ship anywhere in the continental US to anyone, but the billing address information MUST match the card holder's information. Ringside Collectibles is not responsible for any overdraft fees if the credit card declines.

How will my order be shipped?

FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, USPS Priority & USPS First Class are the STANDARD forms of shipping. You have the option of choosing between these methods.

FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day & FedEx Overnight Standard are the only expedited shipping options offered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping options are USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, USPS Express International, FedEx International Ground (Canada Only), FedEx International Economy & FedEx International Priority.
Please note that each country has their own Customs, Duties & VAT which are the responsibility of the customer and not Ringside Collectibles. As of July 1, 2021 the EU will be collecting VAT.

*** Please Note - We may require additional verification after an order has been placed. This is to protect you the customer and ourselves from fraud as it does unfortunately occur.
If your order does require additional verification you will be contacted by Customer Service.
First time International Customers may require this additional verification before an order is approved to be processed.

All new figure information is posted to our website as soon as we receive it. Stay tuned to the 'Pre-Order' section of the site for the newest items. We cannot respond to individual requests for advanced information or photographs. As soon as we receive this information, it is posted on the site. Ringside Collectibles ships worldwide! We have been providing customers around the globe the convenience of having the latest wrestling action figures shipped to their door. What does Pre-Ordering or Back-Ordering an item mean?

When you Pre-Order or Back-Order an item, you pay for the figure in advance and it is shipped out to you as soon as we receive it in stock. The time frame listed on the website is the Estimated date range that we expect to receive the shipment in-stock and then be shipped out to you. We do not get exact shipment arrival dates so there is always an estimated time frame. Please be aware that shipment may arrive earlier or later than the time frame listed. Ringside Collectibles receives wrestling figures on an expedited basis directly from the factory as soon as they are produced. That means if you Pre-Order a new set of figures with us you will be one of the first to have them!

Can I use photographs from Ringside Collectibles on my own website?

We do NOT allow anyone use of any photographs or graphics from our website. All pages and graphics are copyright Ringside Collectibles Inc. If you come across a web page that is using any of our photographs or images, please Contact Us.

Why do some of the photographs of figures on your site have different colors than the actual figures that were produced?

Ringside Collectibles receives prototype images from the manufacturers so until a product is pictured in packaging, it may differ slightly from the actual production figure.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped from our warehouse as long as the items are UNOPENED.
Returns cannot be accepted if items are opened, worn or played with.
Returns cannot be accepted or exchanges made if an order is reshipped and sent through an international forwarder

Replica Belt Returns: if there is any issue with your belt, you are dissatisfied, or would like to return it for any reason please notify us within 2-3 business days of receiving the package.
Please note after this time period returns for replica belts will NOT be accepted if we have not been given prior notification.

My figure is broken and/or has stiff joints. Can I return it?

**NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN ONCE OPENED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! RINGSIDE COLLECTIBLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOOSE OR BROKEN FIGURES.**

If your figure has stiff joints, try running it under warm water and firmly shifting the joint to loosen it. Otherwise, you must contact the manufacturer for any out-of-package issues.

Can I request premium condition figures?

Sorry but we cannot guarantee perfect conditioned figures. If something is damaged enough we sell it as Damaged Packaging. Regular figures may still come with minor dings, dents and creases. Figures are shipped how they are received directly from the manufacturer. Contact Us

Can I file a claim if my order is lost, damaged, stolen or not received?

If you choose USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight Ringside Collectibles can file a claim on your behalf.
USPS Priority is insured up to $50. FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight are insured up to $100.00
If you choose USPS First Class or FedEx SmartPost Ringside Collectibles cannot file a claim for you. You would need to contact your local Post Office for further assistance.
If you would like to purchase insurance or signature verification for your package please contact us immediately after placing your order

International Customers -
If you choose Priority International, Express International, FedEx International Ground, FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority Ringside Collectibles can file a claim on your behalf.
USPS Priority International is insured up to $50. FedEx International Ground, FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority are insured up to $100.

I'm an International Customer? Will I have to pay Customs & Duties Fees?

Each country has its own Customs & Duties Fees. Ringside Collectibles does not control these fees. Customers are responsible for all duties and fees. Fees may vary depending on the total value of the order. Please note if you were to refuse a package because you did not want to pay these fees then the carrier would most likely contact us asking if we, Ringside, would either wish to abandon the package or pay a return shipping fee to get the package back. If the value of the items if worth accepting this fee then Ringside will have the package returned but that cost would be deducted from the total cost of the returned items when a refund would be issued. If the return fee is more than the value of the items then the package would be abandoned and no refund could be issued.

Does Ringside Collectibles accept pre-paid / refillable cards?

Yes we do as long as they are Visa / Mastercard / American Express or Discover (same as the regular credit / debit cards). However with prepaid / refillable cards you must first have your personal information registered to the card before they will be able to work with any online retailers. You can contact the card company to do that.

Can I change the address on my order?

Ringside Collectibles does not change addresses for any order. The order must be canceled and replaced. All credit/debit card refunds can take around 2-7 business days to appear in your account via your card issuer.
