Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the shipping location.
You can view your total shipping during the checkout process without having to actually place an order.

Shipping methods offered are: USPS First Class (under 1 pound), USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS SurePost (lighter weight packages), UPS 2Day Air & UPS Next Day Air Saver.
Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
You can however ship to a PO Box with UPS SurePost as UPS carries the package within their system and delivers it to the local Post Office for final delivery. UPS 2Day Air & UPS Next Day Air Saver are the only expedited forms of shipping offered.

If you choose UPS 2Day Air, please allow (1) ONE BUSINESS DAY for processing time and then up to (2) TWO BUSINESS DAYS for delivery [a total of (3) THREE BUSINESS DAYS].
Weekends and Holidays are not considered Business Days.

If you choose UPS Next Day Air Saver, please allow (1) ONE BUSINESS DAY for processing time and then up to (1) BUSINESS DAY for delivery [a total of (2) TWO BUSINESS DAYS].

Can I file a claim if my order is lost, damaged, stolen or not received?

If you choose USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Ringside Collectibles can file a claim on your behalf.
USPS Priority is insured up to $50. UPS Ground, 2Day Air or Next Day Air is insured up to $100.00
If you choose USPS First Class or SurePost Ringside Collectibles cannot file a claim for you. You would need to contact your local Post Office for further assistance.

International Customers -

We welcome international orders from many countries outside the United States.

International credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) customers may be asked to send or email additional credit card and address verification information to process the order securely.
We reserve the right not to accept or ship merchandise to 'Unverified' customers.
Customers with an 'unconfirmed' PayPal address will need to send us copy of an Official Document which include the name and the shipping address, for example. a drivers license, a student card or a passport.

Return Policy -

Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped as long as the items are UNOPENED.
Returns cannot be accepted if items are opened, worn or played with.

Replica Belt Returns: If there is any issue with your belt please notify us within 2-3 business days of receiving the package.
Please note after this time period returns for Replica Belts will NOT be accepted if we have not been given prior notification. If your figure has stiff joints, try running it under warm water and firmly shifting the joint to loosen it.
Otherwise, you must contact the manufacturer for any out-of-package issues.
