How do I place an order?
When you see an item you want to purchase, click on the "Add Item To
Cart" graphic and your item will be added to your on-line shopping cart.
- After you have added all items that you wish to purchase to your
cart, click the "Checkout" Bar located at the upper right corner of the
shopping cart screen.
- At the end of the order process you will be given an invoice with your Order Number.
Save your Order Number in case you have a question about your order in the future.
If you are paying by money order, print out your order confirmation page and mail it to us along with the payment. Exact ordering
instructions are on the order confirmation page.

- Please note that credit card orders will not be processed unless the
billing address you use is the same as the mailing address of the credit card
statement. We will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. to anyone, but the
billing address information MUST match the card holder's information and be
billed in the the US. NO EXCEPTIONS! We prosecute all credit card fraud.

How will my order be shipped?
If you choose STANDARD Shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Standard Shipping orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you choose 2ND DAY AIR please allow 2 business days after you place the order.
To calculate exact shipping rates, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. You will be shown the exact shipping rate for your order once you enter your shipping and billing address.
Please Note that Ringside Collectibles is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages by any shipping method.
When will I receive my order?

What does Pre-Ordering an item mean?
When you pre-order an item, you pay for the figure in advance and it is
shipped out to you as soon as we receive it in stock. Ringside Collectibles
receives all Jakks Pacific merchandise overnight directly from the factory as
soon as it is produced. That means if you pre-order a new set of figures
through us, you will probably be the first person on your block to have the new
figures. Orders for Pre-Order items are non-refundable.

Can I use photographs from Ringside Collectibles on my
own website?
We do not allow anyone use of any photographs or graphics from our
website. Please read our
Terms and

Why do some of the photographs of figures on your site
have different colors than the actual figures that were produced?
Most of the figures pictured on our site are prototype photographs
provided by the manufacturer, not the actual production figure.

What is your return policy?
Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped as long as the items are unopened.
Returns cannot be accepted if items are opened, worn or played with.
Ringside Collectibles is not responsible for items that are broken once opened. If an item is broken once opened the manufacturer should be contacted.

I have suggestions for future Jakks WWE Figures, where
can I send them?
Is there a certain figure that you would like to see produced or an
accessory you would like to see made? Jakks has told us that they would love to
hear your ideas and suggestions for future products! If you always wanted that
Howard Finkel figure to complete your collection or if you ever wanted a
life-size Trish Stratus for your bedroom, all that you have to do is e-mail
Jakks with your suggestion. They just might use it! All suggestions sent to:

Can I request premium condition figures?
Ringside Collectibles does offer a Premium Packaging Service at a cost of $2.00 per item.
This service is intended to offer the best carded conditioned figures we have available with extra care taken in packing the order. This is not a guarantee of mint carded figures.
Please be aware that merchandise is not always in perfect condition. Depending on the quantity available we may only have a limited amount of an item to choose from.
Premium Packaging items will be bubble wrapped and packed with extra care. A fragile sticker will be placed on the box to ensure the protection of the package in transit.
Ringside Collectibles is not responsible for packages or items damaged in transit by the Post Office or UPS. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. These fees are non-refundable even if an item is damaged in transit by the carrier as the Premium Packaging Service has already been completed.
